Mainland UK Delivery for orders over £20 is Free of charge
Standard Delivery Policy
We offer FREE 1-3 day delivery for all in stock orders within the UK mainland. Please note that Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer to arrive.
We aim to dispatch in stock orders on the same day if ordered before 1pm. Orders after 1pm or placed at the weekend will be sent out on the next working day. At busy times such as sale periods we may not be able to dispatch your item until the next working day.
We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD and DHL. We offer delivery choices for shipping speed and location. Due to the large amount of orders we send out daily, your parcel may arrive via any of our carriers.
Standard Delivery: Orders under £20 are subject to a standard P&P charge of £2 to £3 depending on the items purchased. Orders over £20 are delivered free of charge.
Premium Delivery: We also offer a 1st class and express courier tracked delivery service which you can select at checkout.
Cricut - We aim to keep popular machines in stock for next day delivery, however please allow 5-7 working days for accessory orders to be dispatched.
Pfaff & Viking Husqvarna - We aim to keep popular models in stock for next day delivery, however some models may be special order which is a lead time of 5-7 working days as they are sent to us from mainland Europe. Please check with our team re delivery times for these brands at the time of placing your order so we can give you an accurate timescale. Parts orders, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
Our courier partners are generally DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. For courier delivered orders, you will be notified by email or text message with tracking information, delivery date and time slots once your item(s) have left the warehouse. Deliveries outside of mainland UK may take longer to arrive.

Secure and Signed for Deliveries:
Items now do not need to be signed for, contactless delivery is standard.
Orders can be delivered to your home, a neighbour or place of work as specified at checkout. You can also change your delivery when in transit to collect from a local collection point with DPD. Valid ID and DPD reference will be required at a collection point.
If your delivery has not arrived as expected or you have missed the delivery more than once your parcel may be returned. Please contact us to rearrange delivery.
If there has been an issue with your delivery or there is any damage on the outer box or internal item, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery so we are able to raise a dispute with our carriers. Claims made of delivery issues outside of this time may not be able to be escalated.
