This lamp is perfect for any home, office, studio or workspace. It’s a great portable lamp and is ideal for anyone that likes to sew, craft, paint models, work at a laptop, read or do beauty treatments.

If you go to classes you don’t need to fight for plugs as you will have your lamp working with your battery pack making you completely independent.

This slim desk lamp is designed with absolute flexibility in mind. The strong, manoeuvrable but thin arm provides a long reach and wide even light coverage, which is ideal for large work surfaces. It also allows the user to direct the light exactly where you need it most for your specific application.

The long slim head of the USB powered Slim Lamp rotates completely and has bright LEDs all the way along it, which enhances the flexibility of where the light can be shone from this lamp.

A bench clamp is provided with this lightweight Slim Lamp, allowing the user to clamp the lamp to the edge of a desk or other flat surface, without it taking up any unnecessary space on the work area.

      Standard Delivery Policy

      We offer FREE 1-3 working day delivery for all in stock orders within the UK. Please note that Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer to arrive.

      We aim to dispatch in stock orders on the same day if ordered before 1pm. Orders after 1pm or placed at the weekend will be sent out on the next working day. At busy times such as sale periods we may not be able to dispatch your item until the next working day.

      CRICUT - Due to high demand at this time, please allow 3 working days for dispatch of CRICUT products.

      We use both Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD. We offer delivery choices at checkout. 

      Standard Delivery: Orders under £25 are subject to a standard P&P charge of £2 to £3 depending on the items purchased. Orders over £25 are delivered free of charge.
      Premium Delivery: We also offer a 1st class and express courier tracked delivery service which you can select at checkout.

      Courier Information:

      Our courier partners are generally DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. For courier delivered orders, you will be notified by email or text message with tracking information, delivery date and time slots once your item(s) have left the warehouse. Deliveries outside of mainland UK may take longer to arrive.

      If you have specific delivery instructions, please add this to your order as a Note at the shopping cart page or get in touch.

      Secure and Signed for Deliveries:

      COVID-19 - Items now do not need to be signed for, contactless delivery is standard.

      Orders can be delivered to your home, a neighbour or place of work as specified at checkout. You can also change your delivery when in transit to collect from a local collection point with DPD. Valid ID and DPD reference will be required at a collection point.

      Failed Deliveries:

      If your delivery has not arrived as expected or you have missed the delivery more than once your parcel may be returned. Please contact us to rearrange delivery.

      Delivery Damage:

      If there has been an issue with your delivery or there is any damage on the outer box or internal item, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery so we are able to raise a dispute with our carriers. Claims made of delivery issues outside of this time may not be able to be escalated.

      Returns 
      Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery with a 14 day refund and 30 day exchange policy - terms apply.

      Any unwanted items must be returned, in original packaging and condition, as new, undamaged, unused and in a resalable condition. Any free gifts or promotional items supplied must also be returned.

      After the 14 day period has expired, you are covered under the product guarantee.

      Exchanges (if applicable) 
      If your item is valued under £500 and being returned in as new condition within 30 days we can also offer an exchange.

      Replacement original packaging may be able to be supplied (a cost will apply) if you have discarded the box or polystyrene.

      To complete your return, please return your item to the address shown on the delivery note along with the returns reference number beginning RMA.

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or returns refused (if applicable) 
      - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
      - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 

      Cancellations
      If you wish to cancel an item before delivery we will do our best to carry out a cancellation request, however it may not be possible to stop delivery once an item has been ordered - especially in busy periods such as sales or periods of high demand. If delivered, the item must be returned as per this policy for your order to be cancelled. If any free gifts are sent and a machine order subsequently cancelled, the value of the gift items will be deducted from any refunds given until the items are returned.

      Refunds (if applicable) 
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. If any free gifts are sent and a machine order subsequently cancelled, the value of the gift items will be deducted from any refunds given until the items are returned.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please re-check your bank account after 10 working days of the refund being processed by us.
      If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

      Shipping 
      To return your product, you should contact us to receive your Returns Number and correct returns address. We cannot accept returns without a valid returns number.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Premium Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

      If you are returning an item valued over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
